What we're tasting...
We are big fans of the Swiss Water method of decaffeination. Not only is it a very clean process, but it leaves the coffee's innate flavor fairly unchanged compared to other decaffeination methods. The Santos Natural is a full bodied, incredibly smooth cup of coffee that shines in just about any brewer. Use the Chemex recipe below for a clean, defined profile, or throw it in the French Press for a full bodied, chocolate profile.
