Return Policy for Sodality Coffee
At Sodality Coffee, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality coffee and exceptional service. We strive to ensure that every product you receive meets our highest expectations.
Sales Policy:
Due to the nature of food products, all sales are final. Once your purchase is complete, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any reason.
Defective Products:
If you receive a product that is defective or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, please provide a detailed description of the issue along with any relevant photos or documentation.
Refund Process:
- Eligibility: Refunds are only issued for defective products.
- Submission: Contact our customer service team at dave@sodality.coffee with your order number and details of the defect.
- Review: Our team will review your request and determine if the product is eligible for a refund.
- Resolution: If approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to process.
Exclusions:
- Products that have been used or are not in their original packaging.
- Issues reported outside the 7-day window from the date of delivery.
