The San Diego Honey has everything we love about Costa Rican coffee and honey processing alike. Expect a present, complex acidity paired with a very heavy, velvet-like body. The flavor profile settles into an incredibly satisfying brown sugar and mulling spice aftertaste. Utilize a 1:18 or 1:17 ratio for a balanced cup or a 1:16 ratio to really accentuate the coffee's body.
