What we're tasting...
This coffee from Ethiopia is exciting for a couple reasons. Primarily, the Honey processing method, which isn't widely used in the region. Due to the nature of the honey processing, we taste a bit of a washed process, with a bit of the natural process. This produces an interesting fruited, but clean taste in the cup. You'll find some citrus, alongside just a bit of winey notes that makes us think of a margarita, oddly enough. The fruit is there, but not as powerful, as say, the Lalessa Gedeb.
