This last weekend, we launched our new Direct Trade coffee from Peru - Finca Huayrapata. We met the farmer, Eduardo Toribio, a couple months ago when he was in Omaha visiting relatives. He brought along some green for us to sample roast, and we just fell in love with the coffee. We've gone on to collaborate with Ed on a few Aeropress recipes and discussions of flavors we're getting from his coffee.
Ed just came back through town again, and we were excited to return the favor with a bag of his own coffee that we roasted (along with another, Don Sabino, that he'd enjoyed last time)
